Return and Refund Policy

We strive to resolve any product or delivery-related issue quickly and smoothly. Please read the following rules carefully before initiating a return or refund request:

Return Policy:

You must inform us with a valid reason before initiating a return. Free return is only applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong or defective product delivery
• Delivery of different color or size than ordered

If a return is requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or dislike), a return fee of Tk 70 or 130 Taka per parcel and applicable delivery charges will be deducted.

All return requests must be claimed within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy:

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in original, unused, and saleable condition. If everything is in order:

• The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used during purchase.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for damaged or used products that fail the quality check.
